Warranty Information

We take great pride in the quality of our products. If you believe that your product has a defect in materials or workmanship, please contact us right away. You may also send your product directly to us accompanied with your original purchase receipt.

You must pay the cost of shipping the product to us. We will cover the return shipping costs. Once the product is received, we will inspect it to determine if the product is covered under warranty. If the problem is covered by warranty, the product will either be repaired or replaced at our discretion. If it is not covered by warranty, and is not repairable, we will return the product to you as is.

The warranty process takes 2-3 business days from the date we receive your product, unless we notify you otherwise. We will ship the product back to you. It is suggested that you insure the item because we will not assume any liability for damage, theft, or loss of freight.

Warranty

We guarantee all products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. If we find a product defective, the company's liability shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product at our discretion. In no event under any circumstances will the company be liable for the costs, incidental or consequential losses or damages incurred as a result of injury or damage to person or property, or loss of use of the product.

This warranty is subject to the following limitations and conditions in addition to any imposed by applicable law:

The warranty applies only to our products purchased from us or an Authorized Dealer and is valid for and enforceable by, the original purchaser only.
All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt. The purchase receipt must clearly identify the dealer.

This warranty shall not apply to the following:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect including rock damage or impact damage.
Damage caused by improper mounting or adjustment of the bindings.
Damages caused by use of non-conforming hardware for mounting bindings.
Damage caused by anything other than defects in material and workmanship.
Damage caused by solvents or thread-locking adhesives.
Normal wear and tear of product.

This warranty is void and unenforceable if any modification, change, or alterations has been made to the product that is not specifically authorized by Neiva Snowboards, LLC in writing. Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original period only.

NO OTHER IMPLIED OR EXPRESS WARRANTIES APPLY.

The forgoing warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, express, and implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and is the sole warranty given by the company. In no event will the company be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, exemplary or incidental damages, or for loss or injury to person or property, resulting from the manufacture, sales and/or use of the product. The forgoing limitations and exclusions may not apply under the law of certain jurisdiction. The forgoing gives you certain legal rights, which may be in addition to other rights available in your jurisdiction.
